Moving Capitol - CGBoost Challenge

A fun project done for the CGBoost challenge.
Trying more things with the light and colours and achieved a very soft and calm mood. Happy with it :)
Inspired by Bioshock infinite and Pixars colours.
Created in Blender and rendered in Cycles (2x 8k samples [~2h each - 2080ti] as a small bug "ate" the indirect light when there were spotlights enabled. Thanks to Lukas Stockner to investigate the issue and help me fix it <3 )
